Yes. Your own front door is yours. We re-pin only your cylinders and nothing changes for your neighbours.
Do you work on the building’s front entry or intercom?
No. We do unit doors, letterboxes, storerooms and balcony sliders. Fobs, intercoms and networked access control are strata matters and we will say so.
Can I have my unit rekeyed if I rent?
Ask your landlord first: in Western Australia a tenant needs their agreement, except in a family violence situation. Then ring us and we agree the price before we start.
