How much does a lockout call-out cost?
A lockout attempt is from $195 inc GST in business hours, and there's no charge if we can't get you back in. After-hours call-outs cost more, depending on the time, and the price is agreed with you before we start.

What to do while you wait
Stay somewhere safe and out of the weather. Check every other door and window, and whether a housemate, neighbour or family member has a spare. Have photo ID ready, or tell us if it’s locked inside. Child or animal shut in a hot car? Ring 000 before anything else.
Key snapped in the lock?
Don’t try to dig it out with a pin, it usually pushes the broken piece further in. We remove broken keys and cut you a new one on site. See key cutting.
What decides the cost
The time of day (after-hours costs more), whether it’s a house, car or business, the type of lock or car, and whether a lock needs replacing afterwards. We tell you the price before we start, and there’s no charge for the attempt if we can’t open it. WA Seniors Card holders get 5% off.

Do you do lockouts at night and on weekends?
Yes. We run a 24 hour emergency service for house, car and business lockouts. After-hours jobs cost more than business hours, and the price is agreed before we come.
Will opening my car damage it?
No. Car openings never cause damage.
Will you have to drill my door lock?
Usually not. Should a barrel need drilling, you’ll hear it from us first, then the new one is matched to your current key, free of charge.
What if you can't get me back in - do I still pay?
No. A lockout attempt is from $195 inc GST in business hours, and there’s no charge if we’re unable to open it.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes. Before we open a house or car, we ask for photo ID plus something showing the home or car is yours. That keeps you safe as well as us.
How soon can you get here?
Call us. We’ll tell you honestly when we can get there, and if we can’t make it, we’ll put you onto someone who can.
What should I do if I’m locked out of my house?
Check the other doors and windows, and whether anyone else has a key. If not, call 08 9444 2089 with your address and the type of lock. Have photo ID ready, and something showing you live there.
Can you cut a spare key while you’re here?
Yes. Keys are cut on site from the van.
My key snapped in the lock. Can you get it out?
Yes. We remove the broken piece and cut a new key on site.
