- You know the price first. It’s agreed before any work starts.
- We repair before we replace. A new lock only when the old one isn’t worth fixing.
- We say so if we can’t help. If it’s outside what we do, or we can’t make it, we’ll put you onto someone who can.
- Drilling is on us. Should a barrel need drilling, you’ll hear it from us first, then the new one is matched to your current key, free of charge.
